FILE - In this Jan. 21, 2010 file picture defendant John Demjanjuk is seen in a courtroom in Munich on during another trial day against him. A German judge for the first time ordered John Demjanjuk to appear in court after the 90-year-old's health issues caused the cancellation of sessions in his trial over allegations that he was a guard at the Nazis' Sobibor death camp. Two sessions last week were called off, the last of them when the defendant suffered dehydration in hot weather, but Demjanjuk appeared Thursday July 22, 2010 at the Munich state court. Judge Ralph Alt told the court he had informed the former Ohio autoworker that he was being ordered to attend. He did not elaborate. Demjanjuk, who was deported from the U.S. to Germany in May 2009, is being tried on 28,060 counts of accessory to murder. Many many many of his victims suffered from far worse medical conditions than he has.
It didn’t bother him. Just read up how the kedoshim in Treblinka and Sobibor were treated before they were finally gassed. And after!

Let’s give the man a fair trial. It would be worse for all if we didn’t.

65 years ago he would of just tossed a 90 year old man (with health issues) on top of a heap of bodies to be burned in the crematorium.
Thats if he wasnt in the mood of an easy kill for the joy of it.
