Columbus, OH - Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland has spared the life of a condemned killer who says he is innocent of a 1994 shooting that killed three people, including a 4-year-old girl.
Strickland says he believes Kevin Keith is likely guilty of the killings but says he’s troubled by evidence used to convict Keith.
Strickland questions some of the eyewitness testimony against Keith and says he’s bothered that other suspects weren’t fully investigated.
The move by the Democratic governor overrides last month’s decision from his parole board, which unanimously recommended against clemency.

Now all the grossman advocates-Please understand that he was spared since the governer felt the evidence was questionable not because he is a goy

Grossman did not deny his guilt, however, if he had at his original trial and sentence a competent lawyer he most likely would not be sentenced to Death since there where many many migrating factors

#1: No, he commuted the death sentence because he is a bleeding heart liberal and the good people of Ohio should throw him out of office in November.

#1: It's a different governor, different state and different circumstances - you can't compare the 2

If Grossman would not have gotten the death penalty, he would have rotted in jail for the rest of his life. Is that better?

100% on mark! all you jew hating lawyers, know for certain that he's guilty, even though big lawyers know under the law, who know more than just your gut feelings, or what you hating heart knows, claim that they were confident the appeal would be accepted.
Comparisons! (spare the details)
1)This man was convicted just like Mr. Grossman
2)The governor even believing that this guy was guilty, new that its not beyond doubt, just like mr grossman
3) self hating jews differentiated bet. non jews and jews in what rights they have in due process on every part of it.
The only difference, there we had a anti semite as a mayor and here we had one with feelings and value for some life (as long as there is still a .001% doubt that the investigation should've been done more thoroughly.)
