The mass-selling Yediot Aharonot quoted an academic article by Ari Shvat, an expert in Jewish law, in which he said it was acceptable to sleep with “terrorists” in order to obtain information leading to their arrest.
His study, which only referred to female agents, appeared under the title “Illicit Sex for the Sake of National Security” in a journal published by a religious studies institute in the Gush Etzion settlement bloc near Jerusalem.
It invoked biblical stories in which women seduced enemy combatants in order to gain valuable information, adding that it was “best to entrust such missions to licentious women.”
In cases where a woman must marry an enemy combatant in order to gain his trust, Shvat suggests the agent first divorce her real husband.
The advice appeared to be directed at Israel’s Mossad spy agency, and is an exception to the traditional religious prohibition of deception and sex outside of marriage.
So … deception inside marriage is permitted?

It is sickening that transgressions which are known to every school child to be “yeihoreig v’al ya’avor” are now permitted by “experts” in Jewish law. There is no biblical precedence of a woman being allowed to seduce an enemy. There may have been cases where the woman was forced to have relations against her will. In any case, we are not allowed to “invoke biblical stories” in a matter of halacha which is to be determined based upon Shulchan Aruch. This “Rabbi” is a “megala ponim baTorah” who has no portion in the world to come.
This is not news. The same psak was given in WW II for jewish women who worked in the underground fight the Nazis where sleeping with a German was a way of obtaining intelligence. The mosad has been doing this for years. Saving even one jewish life allows for behavior in wartime (which EY is with the terrorists) that would otherwise not be considered appropriate for a women during normal times. Such behavior, however, is generally NOT mutar when the objective is to obtain political intelligence or to learn about the plans of another chassidus or an opposing. elected official.

No matter how much I am against the idea of publicizing this, you cannot change the fact that this issue is considered to have extra-legal, almost antinomian implications within halacha.
This was allowed for Esther, Yael, and other Jewish women throughout our history.

This allowance within our religion for Jewish women to “sleep with the enemy” is meant for VERY extreme circumstances that involve the saving of the Jewish nation.
The examples that fall within the category of being permissible come along only once in a few generations and should not be looked at lightly.
This goes for all other examples of antinomianism, they can only be done by people who have a complete understanding of the concept of “gadol aveira l’shma m’mitzvah shelo lishma”, and must be done without any personal desires whatsoever.

The article is extremely detailed and refers to a single woman doing this for the sake of saving Jewish lives.
The gemara says that a women may sleep with a forbidden partner if her life (and presumably other peoples) lives are at stake. The reason for this is that a woman is “doing” anything wrong. she is just laying there like a dead fish ;).

The needs of war force us to do many things which would otherwise be immoral. Having sex with someone is much less terrible than killing. If both are required to ensure the nation’s security and save Jewish lives, then why are people horrified at the first and blase about the second?

It could be a Terumas haDeshen (I don’t have access to my references t present) that rules in the case of a woman who offered herself to bandits or the like to save her husband’s life. He ruled that she did a great mitzvah, but must accept a divorce from him, since she did it willingly. However, rulings such as this have no connection with the garbage published by academics – usually just to get their names in print and fill their obligatory quota of published articles.
