(Sean Kilpatrick/Canadian Press)Ontario, Canada - A lawyer wants the case halted for a Canadian man facing extradition to France in connection with a 1980 Paris synagogue bombing that killed four people.
Donald Bayne said Monday in an Ontario courtroom that documents related to his client Hassan Diab’s case have been manipulated to falsely implicate Diab in the attack while others have been concealed.
