Those "Flying Fire Rescues" wouldn't be stuck in traffic either. We really need someone to come up with it already. A combination Hovercraft and helicopter.

I am still waiting for the NYFD to come up with "Flying Fire Engines" of sorts to be able to pump and attack the fires on upper floors from above, not below, and from level view of rescue.
Had such apparatus been in place prior to 9/11 hunderds of lives could have been rescued from the Twin Towers before it fell.
