Roosevelt, NJ - Two men pleaded guilty in connection with a November paintball attack on a single-family house in Roosevelt that is home to about two dozen Jewish students.
Michael Baniowski, 18, of Monroe pleaded guilty to criminal mischief for shooting more than 50 paintball rounds on Nov. 20 at the house on Rochdale Avenue in Roosevelt, where students attending Yeshiva Me'On Hatorah live. Brian Moore, 19, of Roosevelt, pleaded guilty to harassment, for returning to the scene a number of days later and shouting obscenities at the students.
Both men were sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation and 10 days of community service. They each had to pay a $350 fine. Neither of the men are permitted to return to the school or its property.
