FACTS: It is a FRUM woman with two sons, 10 and 12, VAN hers, VAN :POLICE Special unit! Collided with each other @ corner of 35th street and 3 rd ave. BROADWAYS J2 Pizza corner. HER VAN turned over on its side! Terrible! I am sure it is totaled! Mother and children taken to Lutherin Hospital- HODU LaHASHEM besides shock and minor bruioses and cuts, looks o.k.
HATZALA was wonderful, handled the emergency with care...MYTH:EMS did NOT request help from Hatzala-EMS did a wonderful job-Hatzala was called by a bystander and being she is frum, wanted Hatzala to bring her to hospital.

i AM AN HATZALAH MEMBER WHO WAS ON LOCATION OF THE ACCIDENT-BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT - THE POINT IS THAT WEATHER IT IS EMTS' OR PARAMEDICS WHO RESPOND TO A STRESSFULL INCIDENT THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IS GET THE PAITENTS OUT TO THE HOSPITAL. YES YOU ARE RIGHT I DO NOT KNOW WHAT EMS WAS THINKING WHEN THEY PULLED THE PAITENTS OUT OF THE OVERTURNED VEICHLE BUT IN MY 7 YEARS OF HATZALAH AND RESPONDING TO OVER 350 MVAS' NEITHER DID I OR MY PARTNERS EVER MESS UP ON TAKING A PAITENT OUT OF A VEICHLE. SO I DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE REFFERING TO THAT HATZALAH MESSED UP OR MESSES UP. PLEASE RESPOND BACK MR. ANONYMOUS

I THINK THAT THE POLICE & LUTHERN EMS DID A VERY UNSENSIBLE THING. THEY PULLED OUT THE THREE PASSENGERS FROM THE TURN OVER CAR BY HAND FROM THE TOP. WHAT WOULD BE IF THEY HAD ANY INTERNAL BLEEDING OR MISPLACED BONE STRUCTURE.
