Washington - The Capitol Police blocked off pedestrian traffic surrounding Rep. Anthony Weiner’s (D-N.Y.) congressional office Thursday as they investigated a suspicious package.
“It’s still under investigation,” Makema Turner, spokeswoman for the Capitol Police, told The Hill
Rep. Weiner is expected to resign from office Thursday afternoon amidst pressure from House Democratic leadership.
