Baltimore, MD - A Alcohol tanker truck driver is DOA after his truck overturned on a onramp to the southbound lanes of I-95 and burst into flames.

Fire Department calling for a 2nd Alarm for tanker that’s fully engulfed. Fire Department spokesman Chief Kevin Cartwright said runoff from the tanker spilled onto several cars parked below and crews are fighting fires there.
There is a potential waterway pillution, Haz-Mat task force, Airport Foam unit and a units from BWI-TMA, are all on the scene.  [VIN - wbaltv]
