Williamsburg, NY - NYPD officer Carlos Corporan, 23, from the 90th Precinct, nabbed a bank robber Tuesday when a dye pack exploded in the crook’s shirt pocket after a heist, police said.
Corporan, on the force for just over a year, approached the man, he spotted something bizarre: smoke pouring from the man’s shirt pocket. Suddenly, police put a description over the radio of a bandit wanted for holding up a Chase bank nearby. “It turned out he robbed a bank around the corner,” Corporan said.
The officer cuffed Terence Buckley, 47, who stole a mere $100 from the bank before the dye pack popped.

That's fine - but what about "kudus" for Carlos Corporan?
In case you had not noticed, Carlos Corporan is the officer who actually made the arrest.
Or is he not entitled to your "kudus"?

But DI Kemper didn't arrest the bank robber. Officer Corporan did!
