Even if this snapshot poll is accurate, I still think Romney is inevitable. Not my first choice, neither is Gingrich, but the nomination is Romney's And either one will beat Hussein confidently. I can’t see at this point how Hussein can win, any of the Republicans running, except for that insane old crank Paul, would beat Obama, even the hapless Huntsman.

This shows the true colors of Republicans, they yell and shout about family values but when it comes to picking someone for the President of the USA they don't care one whit. The hypocrisy is deafening.

If Gingrich is the nominee, that means we can look forward to four more years of Obama. The man has more baggage than the 1 a.m. El Al flights out of JFK.

To #4- Ike had baggage, as did JFK , LBJ, and Clinton. So what else is new? Are our Presidents supposed to be saints?

Maybe you will have a surprise outcome from this motley crew of candidates and of course the amorous flirtations of a very conservative candidate and the other one who wished to secede and now will defend the constitution and the ultimate candidate who wishes to send all of us into rapture, Hussein obama is still a bette choice and don't mind tha one candidate handed his dying wife the writ of divorce , certainly true integrity

This candidate will elevate the office of the Presidency to a new lofty height of integrity and teach how to purchase fancy jewelry and of course Freddi Mac and the other agency will flourish and he will restore the contract with America, great choice and when to deliver a legal document to the death bed of your wife beats Hussein Barak Obama in chutzpa

Kzler,
I don't like Newt either for different reasons than you, but the woman on the "death bed" all those years back, is still alive, so stick with your other more valid criticisms.

Also the Jewelry thing is bunk because he had a $50,000 line of credit with that Jewelry company. That is very different than actually spending $50,000, and you should know better than that. (I have $20,000 line of credit at McDonalds, does that mean I eat treif? you get my point...). My real gripe with him is he changes from conservative to liberal, back and forth on a whim, depending on which way the wind blows.

Whether she's alive now or not is not the issue. At the time in question she was in the hospital and she had cancer, no one disputes that.
