New York City - The New York City Health Department wants to battle HIV/AIDS with a new approach: test every adult in The Bronx.
The death rate from AIDS is highest in the borough at 37 per 100,000 residents.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - A rash of monument thefts, claimed a six-foot bronze menorah erected at the city’s Zozimo Barroso do Amaral Square.
