Savannah, GA - Fort Benning officials say a trainee has been punished in the beating of a Jewish soldier, but won't face military proceedings.

New Jersey - It's going to cost more to drive on New Jersey's toll roads.
The New Jersey Turnpike Authority voted to raise tolls in two phases on the turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
