New York - Toyota is gearing up for the mother of all repair jobs. The company said Monday that parts to fix its dangerous faulty gas pedal problem are on the way to dealers.
Toyota has recalled more than 5.5 million vehicles in this country. And as CBS News correspondent Dean Reynolds reports, the fix outlined today only covers 2.3 million of them.

New York, NY - A crack undercover group of Taxi and Limousine Commission agents are the muscle behind the new, super-strict laws banning cabbies from using any electronics while driving.

Shomron - The Samaria Military Court today sentenced Jafar Braham to a life imprisonment for the murder of Shavei Shomron resident Ido Zoldan in 2007. Braham's accomplices are still on trial.

New York - Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand is getting fundraising help from President Barack Obama's former campaign manager as she faces a possible primary challenge from Harold Ford Jr.

New York, NY - Citigroup has agreed to suspend plans to charge fees on certain kinds of checking accounts as part of a settlement reached with the New York Attorney General's office.

Amman - Jordan has revoked citizenship from nearly 3,000 Jordanians of Palestinian origin in recent years and should put a stop to the practice, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said in a report released Monday.
