Bloomberg Lights Largest Menorah in NYC

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg (R) along with Rabbi Shmuel Butman (L) rise in a hydraulic lift to light a large Chanukah menorah December 7, 2010 in New York City. Billed as the World’s Largest Chanukah Menorah, the steel frame stands on Fifth Avenue and 59th Street across from Central Park and will be lit each evening during to mark the Jewish holiday.
