Palestinians check a damage near their houses after floods in the northern West Bank village of Anabta, on 09 January 2013. Two Palestinian girls from Nablus City were reported dead after their vehicle was swept away by floods near the city of Nablus. A storm has hit the eastern Mediterranean coast and heavy rains with flooding are forecast in Israel and the Palestinian territories for the next couple of days, with a good chance of snow falling in the higher elevations.
