Two Palestinian girls from Nablus City were reported dead after their vehicle was swept away by floods near the city of Nablus. A storm has hit the eastern Mediterranean coast and heavy rains with flooding are forecast in Israel and the Palestinian territories for the next couple of days, with a good chance of snow falling in the higher elevations.
