Egyptian protesters carry an injured fellow during clashes in Port Said, Egypt, 06 March 2013. According to the Egyptian Health Ministry on 06 March, at least 471 people were injured in overnight clashes between anti-government protesters and police in Cairo and the restive city of Port Said. At the weekend, five people, including two policemen, were killed in Port Said, which has been gripped by violence for more than a month.
