Family members and relatives throw flowers into the Pacific Ocean to comfort souls of their beloved victims swept and killed by tsunami following the Great East Japan Earthquake 11 March, 2011, at a memorial service on the sea off Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, 12 March, 2012, one day after the first anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami, killing15,850 people and missing 3,287 people. Some 220 people attend the ceremony.
