Car Blast Kills 1, Wounds 23 in Kashmir

An Indian policeman inspects the wreckage of truck after a car-bomb explosion in Bijbehara, 49km (30 miles) south of Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian Kashmir, 22 march 2012. At least one person was killed and 20 others were wounded in the explosion, official said. Police said slain man is a suspect militant. Locals said the intensity of the blast shattered glass panes of buildings in the vicinity and created panic among the residents.
