The teenagers, both around 15 or 16 and residents of east Jerusalem, were detained for questioning.
On Monday, American Jewish leaders urged the Knesset to improve security at the ancient Jewish cemetery, which is regularly the target of grave desecration and stone-throwing against worshippers.
The cemetery is one of the oldest Jewish cemeteries in the world with more than 150,000 graves, according to the International Committee to Protect Har Hazeitim.

The judge will make them write a composition, and that will be such a horrible punishment.
The best punishment? have them dig their own holes somewhere and put them in there.
force them to clean up and FIX what they broke! they wont do it again. why break their own handywork
everyday they trash the place for as long as the place existed, nothing new here.
But the news tells us that at least somebody is doing something about it by begging the media to take notice.
