“I am pleased to inform you that the California Condominium Association has resolved the issue of the mezuzah on the door post of the unit owned by Barbara Cadranel,” Kurt Ahlberg, the condo board attorney, wrote in an email to the Connecticut Post. “The mezuzah will, of course, remain and no penalties or fines whatsoever shall be assess or levied upon her.”
Mazel Tov! Now, let us hope that there are no retaliatory actions by the condominium board against the complainant in this case.

why the Condominium would ban it is beyond me. They must have know they will get bad press and most likely lose in court

Good for her! Our yiddelech can’t and WONT be pushed around. Why her neighbors could have a cross hanging from their doors and she can’t have a mezuza on her doorpost, is beyond me! Why this had to become an issue in the first place is unbelievable!
