The community and believes the assault was an anti-Semitic hate crime.

Yaakov Zilberman, director of the Jewish community in Kiev, told Ynet that Aharon Alexander, 25, who is a student in a local yeshiva, was last spotted by CCTVs as leaving the synagogue on Saturday night.

He was found on Sunday night, suffering from serious head injuries, believed to have been caused by glass bottles. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and is in critical condition.”

“We were searching for him for an entire day and we eventually found him in what we know is a dangerous area, some 400 meters from the synagogue. Attacks by neo-Nazi groups have happened there before,” Zilberman said.

He added that the community is seeking to fly Alexander for treatment in Israel, as local doctors gave him a grim prognosis.

Maybe a concealed hand-gun would be in order in such cases. Better than dead Yeshiva students. Either that or get the heck out of there, it’s dangerous.

    I feel lucky and sad.
I ate the seder together with this boy.
After the seder i was gonna take this underground/tunnel to cross over the 8 lanes of very busy traffic.
My friend adviced me rather to dance between the cars then to go into that tunnel at night.
sad that this boy lliving in kiev didn’t know better.

The Ukrainians Nazis during World War Two, were even worse than the German Nazis, in their systematic round up, torture, and killing of Jews. TheUkrainian neighborhood, where the massacre at Babi Yar, near Kiev, is still unfriendly to Jews.

Why Jews are still there is something I dont undestand.

Lets stop kidding ourselves,,the golus is a hell and we all tell ourselves stories of why we are still here either in the goldeneh America, Canada or wherever.

We have a country ready to take us all in yet we refuse to go there because of whatever reason either real or imagined.

We only have ourselves to blame. Either we all wisen up and leave this golus or we will, as history teaches us, all end up dead at the hands of our enemies.

History repeats itself all the time.

We Jews would have been over 500 million were the goyim not killing us over the past 1000’s of years.

Its time we wake up..Living in the golus has a definite expiry date.
