There’s no doubt that this was racially motivated as a result of incitement against frum yidden. However, there’s no point in locking up a twelve year old boy and he should spend his teen years in prison without a proper education.
The ones who keep on bashing the yidden in newspapers and radio shows should be held accountable.

Just goes to show how “fair” our justice system is… Bet you had this been a jewish boy he would had to be charged with all posible charges cause of the media, and all all self hating yidden “to teach the boy a lesson ‘equal justice’…
Now everyone is fine with it…

This assault has nothing to do with the Frum community but rather an attack on the Satmar sect.

I don’t think a twelve year old should be incarcerated, but he should do community service or something and get counseling in how to get along with people who are different from you.
