The Forward writes (http://bit.ly/T4TlOP) that the company imports women’s fashion and accessories according to the Hazan Imports website. The company’s owners are listed as Ralph and Isaac Hazan of Deal, New Jersey. Sources in the Syrian community said Isaac died a few years ago after an extended illness, but Ralph still runs the operation.
The shooter, identified as 53-year-old Jeffrey Johnson, previously worked as a designer for the West 33rd Street company near 5th Avenue, but was let go approximately a year ago. Johnson was killed at the scene by police.
The victim was identified by relatives as 41-year-old manager Steve Ercolino.
He was let go a year ago, and they’re blaming the crime on his anger over the loss of his job? Sounds like another way to blame Jews for this crime.
So , the gunman lost his job and some died. Sounds like Obama might have killed someone.here.
If the guy still didn’t find a job after all this time, he would be distraught, but It’s no excuse for what he did. He was obviously insane.
Guns shmuns, blah blah. In Africa people kill each other with bludgeons, knives, etc. An angry and insane person is a dangerous weapon.
Why are people throwing around the word insane… He is not insane, just an evil murderer who had no hesitation about taking another persons life out of revenge.
Police target shooting should be improved. It is only 34%.
