Were the assailants Jews? If so, this week’s parsha — Korach — should teach them a lesson about the consequences of attacking fellow Jews.
Are we becoming Palestinians?
#1 – You obviously don’t know where Beit Orot is. These are Arab assailants. My car’s been hit there and my kids, who live and learn there, must have replaced their car windows 3 or 4 times.
They may have had a reason for throwing the rocks at this yeshiva. There have been many recent instances investigated by the security forces of yeshiva bochurim throwing rocks at passing Arab cars and vandalizing Arab homes and businesses, especially after some event which upsets them, albeit unrelated to the targets of their attacks. What goes around, comes around. Kein yirbu.
NeveAliza : Why do you choose to let your kids live in a makom skanah? I don’t get it. You seem to be pretty intelligent otherwise.
You may find a couple of Jewish kids doing those things, usually in response to Arab misdeeds. You will NEVER find dozens of Jewish kids doing so.
This is left wing media in action. In the U.S., if the assailant is Black, they’ll rarely say the race. The left in Israel tries to avoid mentioning “Arab” if at all possible. If Jewish kids did this, the leftist media would have made hay over it.
You want a place that is not a makom skanah? You’d have to live in a cave far away from any civilization. Everything is in Hashem’s hands.
