According to Police, these cameras will be monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Multiple cameras are being set up and geared at cars and pointing at people. “The beauty of these cameras first and foremost, in the event God forbid there’s a suspicious package, we’ll be watching crowed controls, traffic controls,” said Chief of Miami Police John Timoney.
Authorities also say these cameras are for the search of key elements, specifically pertaining to homeland security, like terrorism. [wsvn]
