    Mád, Hungary – It took just two hours for police to arrest two perps in their 20's who had broken into the synagogue in Mád, northeast Hungary today.

    The burglars caused significant damage to the building and its contents – including the inner walls of the main sanctuary – while looking for cash and valuables.
    In the ensuing investigation, the pair confessed to the crime after detectives found a valuable prayer book in one of their apartments during the house search. [caboodle.hu]
