the turn around in the market in the past 2 days, comes as the Senate has passed a revised bailout bill Wednesday night, which could set the stage for another showdown in the House of Representatives, which already defeated an earlier version of the bill on Friday.

Among the different features the Senate rescue package has compared to the House version are new tax breaks for businesses and the middle class, as well as increases to FDIC deposit insurance caps from $100,000 to $250,000.
