Trump was holding a town hall event Thursday evening in New Hampshire. His first question came from a man who raised concerns about terrorist training camps on American soil.

The man said: “We have a problem in this country. It’s called Muslims.”

He then said Obama is a Muslim and said he’s not American.

Trump did not dispute the man’s assertions. He said that he would be looking into the issue and plenty of other things.

Trump was a driver of the “birther” movement that claimed the president wasn’t born in the U.S. But he has distanced himself from the issue during his current run.

Trump is undignified and uninformed on most important issues. He is 100% factually incorrect about vaccines. By not stopping the questioner about the President being a Muslim, he showed support for the questioner’s racist views.

The man was a 100% nut case, and Trump dismissed him politely.

For those who are voting for Trump just because he’s not PR and says things outright without fear, aren’t you wondering – and concerned – why he has suddenly remained silent and declined to respond to the truth?

Trump put down John McCain’s status as a war hero, but McCain once told a supporter that Obama was not an Arab, but rather a good American with whom he had differences of opinions. Trump, a Birther who never brought proof to his accusations, got into this Presidential run appealing to the racist factor of the GOP (to which some VIN readers have eagerly joined), brings out the ugliest bigoted views of this country through the angry, racist, uninformed constituency that flocks to him.

I will believe Obama was born on American soil as soon as he unseals his mother’s passport records. Until then, I am with Trump and the others who believe Obama is not an American citizen.

To #8 - Did you protest, when the IDF beats Charedim in demonstrations or Arab civilians, in the same manner that you protest about Trump being &#8 220;bigoted&#8 221;. Regarding John McCain, he blasted a Vietnam war hero, who was trying to be confirmed as Secretary of Defense. The press glossed over that episode. While McCain was bombing people from the air, the former Secretary of Defense and his brother, were in Vietnam, fighting and becoming wounded on the ground.

To #5 - I agree that Trump is the best candidate for us. He has been around Jews his entire life, works with Jews, has a lot of Jewish associates, employs hundreds of Jews, has Jewish advisors, and is a good friend to EY.

To #12 -“Bewhiskered”- First of all, you don’t even know me, yet you have the chutzpah to allege that I back the “birther movement” regarding Obama. The fact is that I voted for Obama in 2012. I have no doubt that he was born in Honolulu. In fact, there was a woman who was on tv recently, who stated that her son was born the same day as Obama, at the same Honolulu hospital. She saw Obama in the nursery, in Aug., 1961, and remarked at that time, there were practically no Blacks in Honolulu. Hence, she backed up his date of birth, which was reported on his birth certificate, issued by the state of Hawaii. Regarding Trump and deportations, even Mexico deports illegal aliens in its country, as does EY. Therefore, don’t be throwing the word “racist” around. We are a country of laws. Even when our grandfathers came legally to Ellis Island, some immigrants were sent back for various reasons. Trump will win in 2016, and will be sworn in on 1/20/17!
