Naveed Haq’s first trial ended in a mistrial in June. He was scheduled to be retried in March, but a judge this week agreed to delay that trial until October.

King County Superior Court Judge Paris Kallas agreed to the delay on the request of Haq’s defense team. But she also called it a “very unfortunate delay.”

Haq has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. He is not facing the death penalty.

The first trail ended with the jury deadlocked on 14 of 15 criminal counts.

Haq’s defense lawyers say they need more time because a new public defender has been added to the team.

Is the maniac on the loose until the next trial. As I recall, it was Isreali actions that allegedly set this beast off the other time. If you see this man try to enter your shul or JCC, do not wait this time-Blast him full of lead! Don’t stop shooting till you run out of ammo.

I used to live in Seattle. They’re a bunch of cold-hearted, atheist morally-confused liberal caffeine addicts.

OIn Pittsburgh it took three trials over many years to convict the murderer of a young Yeshiva man. It was a hate crime. IN this crazy world Jewish blood is cheap..like victims of gaza terror rockets!
