This announcement may be as phony as the election count. It may have been made under duress or it may never really have been made by anyone in the Jewish community.
If you going to publish it do it with a big question mark!

Any yid who would make such a statement against those who are standing up and fighting for freedom is no yid I would ever be willing to follow!

I believe this is sincere. The Jews in Iran are afraid that they might be singled out as a scapegoat, and that violence may be perpetrated against them. Under the circumstances, it makes sense that they would want calm.

Oh stop all the propaganda. For heaven’s sake. Do you know any technical details of the electoral results as fraud? Has the UN submitted a report? Has any international organization or even Iranian organization submitted a report like has been done in other countries such as Zimbabwe? What fight for freedom? Musavi is loyal to the Shiite regime, and there are 12 million people in Tehran, of which the protesters constitute only 1%. Why can’t you do better research as to what is going on? Why do people look down on the Jews of Iran all the time? Where was the fight for freedom when there were suspicions about the US election in 2000?!

Have any of these posters ever spoken to Iranian Jews about anything??!! Pick up the phone and call people there and do some research instead of just flapping your wings!! How demeaning you are to talk about Iranian Jews as if they are mindless robots under control from the government. Do people talk that way about American Jews who constantly support the State of Israel – that they’re forced to talk that way?!! This is absurd!! Even many former Soviet Jews used to support the old Soviet system and still do!!

VB, have you ever seen anything from American Jews that was not in support of the Bush Administration? Why do you pick on the Iranian Jews? Which Jew in their right mind could support Zionism? So much narcissism and paranoia. It’s frightening.
