Be’er Sheva, Israel – The Chief Rabbi of Be’er Sheva, Rabbi Yehuda Deri, sent a letter to Ilan Karni, Director of the Metro Dan bus company, requesting that he immediately stop running busses on Saturday and “desecrating the Sabbath”.

According to Rabbi Deri, he has received many letters from residents protesting the desecration of the Sabbath in the city.

let the buses roll. You do not want to take a bus of shabbos don’t but do not tell me and others what to do. I do not care who and what you represent.

PS maybe the secular should start demanding that the frum do things their way and see how it feels.
