Rana and Headley talked about the Mumbai attacks that happened in late November of last year. Approximately 170 people died during the 3 day rampage. Prosecutors say it is obvious from the conversation that Rana was told days before the attacks that the terror plot was about to be executed.

The documents describe how Rana met with former Pakistani military officer Abdur Rehman Hashim Syed, or “Pasha”, in Dubai and was told about the upcoming attack. Syed, Headley and Rana are accused in connection with plotting an attack against a Danish. Newspaper that had printed contoversial cartoons of the prophet Muhammed.
