The concert was Taking place on Motzei Shabbos Dec. 19th, Being that the evening was entitled Kulom Ahuvim Live!, it would seem fitting for MBD to sing this mega hit now as his first solo song of the evening. Everyone was singing along and you could feel the energy in the air, it was spectacular. After that it just got better and better like fine wine, Anovim, Bo Yovo, Lulei Soroscha & Usid. Everyone got a hardy dose of MBD and they were craving more.
Those who attended the concert were given a “gift bag” which included a playbill, Americare sticky pad and a brand new single entitled “POMEGRANATE”. Next was a special video presentation of this song presented, composed and vocals by Yossi Green with additional vocals by Michael Ian Elias. It was a great song and cute video. The event was produced by OZER BABAD

it was a great concert…:) happy i went
What happened to issur of the gedoilim for ALL concerts? Was thios turnrd back by the Gedoilim or is it just “illegal”?
did people really show up in the snow storm?????
I was at the concert and loved it. Altough if I may, I would like to tell the producers, that I and many others like me, (What loyal fans MBD has) have braved a very difficult snowstorm to be able to attend and listen to MBD. I found that it was extremely unfair that he only showed up an hour and twenty minutes into the show.
All the guest singers were spectacular, the smart thing would be to sprinkle them in Mordechai’s show. after all, the night was named MBD Live. I felt bad for the last Isreali singer before MBD appeared. The audience was really impatient and let their sentiments be known LOUDLY. I am sure the audience would have appreciated him alot more, would he have performed as a guest after Mordechai has sung a couple of hits. The audience came for MBD.
All in all the concert was a real hit! Bring us some more of great Jewish music.
As i said before “From the early 70’s at Brooklyn College in his white suit through all the years until today MBD has been heart and soul of Jewish music. A voice like that comes once in a hundred years. Thank you MBD!!!”
Missed it,but I’m sure “he” was great. Being that MBD was,is & will be the
King of jewish music

Wow that was some concert!!! Really Rocked!! MBD was just amazing as always [MELECH of Jewish music], Yeedle also rocked the place, i’m glad i made it even though i showed up L8.
wow i wasnt there but there is a different feeling in the music then his previous concerts, i heard he prefers this band (freilach) over all other bands, you can see/hear why.
A little fuzzy on the sound & one song is blocked out but. The king of jewish. Music does it again.
What’s with the fuzzy sound & one. Song is blocked out. But I did see the. King of jewish music does it again!!!! Mordche, you da man!!
MBD was off the hook!!!
I also thought this Kessin guy was fabulous never saw him before and didnt know what to expect but he really impressed me ,great performance, voice, range and songs
big thnx to Ozer Babad
Didn’t go to the concert, but judging from the videos on YouTube, I would have been VERY disappointed from two things:
1) All they had was an 8 piece band?! Shua Kessin is busy singing Lo L’hityaesh. IT SOUNDED EMPTY!! Put in a string section somwhere!!!!
2) Can’t they spice up the stage by giving some more design instead of that lousy black background?!
Some people pay a lot of money for these shows! Give ’em what they pay for!
