Determining the number of Americans or dual-citizen nationals in Haiti involves a lot of guesswork — dual citizens do not routinely register with the embassy — but there are clearly thousands whose whereabouts are not know, NBC News reported.

The U.S. Embassy told NBC there were an estimated 45,000 Americans thought to have been in Haiti before the quake. Many of those people are married to Haitians or involved in aid missions and are not looking to leave.

Gevalt again! This number is even more than the number of Americans who died on 9/11. What good is fighting endless when Hashem can destroy a whole country in 35 seconds?! Gevalt!

I hate when they call this looting. There is a difference between the “looting” that happens following a crime-ridden, violent riot and what these people are doing. They are starving. There is not enough food or water. I can’t even imagine what that kind of desperation feels like, and nobody else born and raised in America can either.
