    Judge Richard Sullivan said in a written order Thursday that Frank DiPascali could be freed on bail once strict conditions were met, including provisions for him to be kept at home with electronic monitoring.

    DiPascali pleaded guilty in August to helping Madoff’s multi-decade Ponzi scheme that cost thousands of investors billions of dollars. Madoff is serving a 150-year prison sentence.

    And Rubashkin cant be freed on bail. This mamzor robbed the whole world and gets bail. Great System America. This sounds like Nazi Germany.

    #1 please notice that bail was SET at 10 MILLION!!!!. It doesn’t say he was released. He has to put that up that bail BEFORE he will be released. And please don’t compare this to nazi germany. You cheapen the memory of those that were killed.
