Located at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan, professor Martin Horn will be its executive director.
About time. a judge after being sent to prison once said, each and every judge has to go to prison for just one week before putting others there. The sentencing guidelines are outrageous in the states for white collar crimes. in Europe you almost never get more than 5 years for it and to my knowledge the dollar is a lot weaker than the Euro, so forget about the claim that you need to punish tough to have a healthy democratic system. Joke here is if you get caught with a w collar crime go kill someone it’s your best chance for a light sentence
