In remarks at the State Department, Clinton said the U.S. was “deeply disappointed” by the Israeli move. She called it “counterproductive” and said it undermined trust between Israelis and Palestinians.

On Tuesday, President Barack Obama voiced similar criticism of the Israelis’ latest building plan for east Jerusalem. The Palestinians hope to make that section of the city the capital of their new state.

Clinton made her comments while announcing $150 million in new U.S. aid to the Palestinian Authority.

The settlement issue is likely to come up again when Clinton meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in New York Thursday.

I am amazed how many of these liberal Jews believed the garbage this congenital liar was spewing, while senator, what a great friend of israel’s she really is and kissing Suha Arafat was just a mistake. What do you have to say for yourselves now. I am sure if she runs for president all these same liberal Jews will support her and believe her new lies. I donm’t hear any of these libs attacking this disgraceful human being. Shame on you.

There was never any trust in the first place to be undermined. Until the Arabs convince Israel that it really wants peace then discussions are totally meaningless and counterproductive, as then the Arabs will think that they can have the cake and eat it too. Hillary, I am disappointed with you. I thought that you had changed after hearing Suha Arafat saying that the Jews are poisoning the wells of the Palestinians and you stayed quiet, and after running on a pro-Israel platform when you ran as a carpetbagger in New York. Will the real Hillary Clinton please stand up?

Well, she is trying to win in 2011!! She is utilizing the famous Chazal: “kol hameitzar le Yisroel, na’ashe rosh” – if you cause pain and anguish to yidden, you will rise to great heights. She is trying very hard. But one has to understand her – if I had a husband like that, I too would make a lot of noise.

It is time for Hillary, Obama, and the whole State dept. gang to hear loud and clear:
Building in Jerusalem is no block to peace since Jerusalem will never again be divided. Until the Arabs realize that it is not negotiable, there is no purpose in having peace talks altogether.

And you still want her to be president…
But we have a big problem which we gotta face that the arabs came up with idea going to the UN to declare a new state where they’ll probably have the votes….

It is time for Hillary, Obama, and their whole gang to hear LOUD AND CLEAR from PM Netanyahu: Jerusalem will never be divided. Until the Arabs stop talking about dividing Jerusalem, there is no purpose in talking or negotiating with them, becasue such talks will be deadlocked FOREVER. Why doen’t the PM say it already??

Quick Question. Since we know the power of the pro-Zionist lobby, can someone ask Mrs. Clinton one question: “You are deeply disappointed, but WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?” Answer: NOTHING.

You gotta love Bibi. Mr Prime Minister you are to be commended for standing up for what’s right, and showing Obama and Clinton that you are not going to be intimidated by this administration that frankly is run by a bunch of anti-israel nut-jobs.
