In a letter published on the website of Orthodox Jewish Chabad movement, Eva Sandler wrote that the “spirit of the Jewish people can never be extinguished.”

She urged all Jewish parents to honor her dead family members by loving their children and teaching them to love “their fellow man.”

Rabbi Jonathan Sandler and the couple’s sons, 5-year-old Arieh and 3-year-old Gabriel, were killed outside their school in Toulouse by a man on a motorcycle. The three were buried in Jerusalem on Wednesday, along with 8-year-old Myriam Monsenego, the daughter of the principal of Ozar Hatorah Jewish school, who was also killed in the school shootings.

During the burial ceremony, hundreds of sobbing mourners thronged around the bodies laid out on stretchers as eulogies were delivered. Among the mourners were grieving relatives who arrived from France, French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe and leaders of the French Jewish community.

The suspected killer, Mohamed Merah, a 23-year-old Frenchman of Algerian descent, was killed Thursday after police raided the Toulouse apartment where he had been holed up for 32 hours in a standoff with authorities.

“May no one ever have to endure such pain and suffering,” Eva Sandler wrote. “I thank the Almighty for the privilege, short though it was, of raising my children together with my husband. Now the Almighty wants them back with Him.”

Sandler has one remaining child, a toddler girl Liora, and Israeli media have reported that she is pregnant.

“Parents, please kiss your children. Tell them how much you love them, and how dear it is to your heart that they be living examples of our Torah, imbued with the fear of Heaven and with love of their fellow man,” Sandler wrote.

May the murdered ones of the Sandler Family rest with Hashem watching over them and may we all be united once again with all the Jewish People. Even the haters see what all this blood and murder really look like before the ONE and Only ONE!
It is totally disgusting, and terrorists have nowhere to hide from Hashem.
They use a name of their god to hide behind, as if he created life so that they should destroy life…most of the world’s citizens know that the terrorists are illiterate, dumb and pure EVIL and seek money!!! They are never mature people, just show offs and actors and evil money grabbers.
The theme of the terrorist is, “Hate and kill and pay me, or pay my family, while i show off and claim that my god wants me to murder people, so i can attempt to make my devil act appear to be religious, while you pay me to murder, and don’t forget to call me hero.”
Even in the word “devil,” there is EVIL.

Wow, I am so impressed & awestruck that she had the fortitude to write such words! What a woman! What a woman of G-d! Unbelievable!

This is why my family loves your people so much! Never has a people seen so much tragedy and yet… never has a people been so gracious, humble, or united, in the face of adversity & loss.

We love you all- my condolences to the family of the slain, as well as to the entire Jewish community, who we know all feel the pain as One.

May HaShem watch over each & every one of you this day, and every day forward.

It’s the greatest Kidush Hashem, the Widow could have made to encourage and outpouring of Ahavas Yosroel, in their memory.

Sinas Chinum had caused the Churban and Ahavas Yisroel, to do more acts of Goodness and Kindness, will Bring the Geula with Moshiach immediately.

This Eva is special definitely made out of bullet proof material, that she can come out so strong. Honestly she deserves the title Rebbetzin! I feel she is a women of great integrity and should be given respect. I set down on shabbos with my children and told them when children are taken.away from this world it means Hashem is upset with us and we have to pull together and take something upon ourselves for all four neshomos. Hashem should send an abundance of strength for both grieving families. Its beyond my comprehension how they are coping. Hopefully moshiach will save us all before Pesach. We are all lost souls. Rebbetzin Eva Sandler I am going to head ur words. You are something out of the ordinary. I have nothing to tell u but I cry cry for the neshomos .
