Al Sharpton embrace as Holder approaches the podium to address the 13th annual National Action Network conference, in New York Wednesday, April 6, 2011.Sanford, FL – Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce as early as Wednesday afternoon that she is charging neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation.

It was not immediately clear what charge Zimmerman will face.

Martin, 17 and unarmed, was shot and killed Feb. 26 by Zimmerman, who said he was acting in self-defense. Police in Sanford, Fla., where the shooting took place, did not charge Zimmerman, citing the state’s “stand your ground” law.

Corey told reporters Tuesday night that she would hold a news conference about the case within 72 hours. A news release from her office said the event will be held in Sanford or Jacksonville, Fla.

Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday that the Justice Department will take appropriate action in the killing of Trayvon Martin if it finds evidence that a federal criminal civil rights crime has been committed.

The attorney general made the comments in an appearance before a civil rights organization founded by the Rev. Al Sharpton.

Holder said the department will conduct a thorough and independent review of the evidence in the Martin matter. One of the department’s top priorities, said Holder, is preventing and combating youth violence and victimization.

The Justice Department launched an investigation of the Martin killing three weeks ago.

“I know that many of you are greatly – and rightly – concerned about the recent shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, a young man whose future has been lost to the ages,” Holder told the 14th annual convention of the National Action Network, three days of discussion on race issues. Martin’s parents were scheduled to hold a news conference Wednesday afternoon at the meeting.

“If we find evidence of a potential federal criminal civil rights crime, we will take appropriate action,” said the attorney general. “I also can make you another promise: that at every level of today’s Justice Department – preventing and combating youth violence and victimization is, and will continue to be, a top priority.”

How come that this fraud Holder is not investigating the New Black Panther Party for putting a bounty on the head of Mr. Zimmerman, which, in case he forgot, is illegal. But what do you expect from the Regime. He did not investigate these criminals when they intimidated voters in 2008 and without doubt will do it again this year. Voters should keep these acts of perfidy committed by the Regime when they go to vote.

What he means is, the guy’s going to jail come hell or high water. Holder intends to stick it to whitey–the shoe’s on the other foot now.

To #1 - What about Black on White violence, which is far more prevalent than White on Black violence; how come our esteemed politicians, never have the guts to discuss that phenomenon, which occurs on a daily basis all over the USA?

Someone should ask Holder if you sell guns to drug dealers, and they use those guns are used to kill Border Patrol officers, should those who sold the guns be charged with murder, (fast a furious)?

Finally! Maybe there can be justice now! Maybe!

Everytime I hear that poor kid scream for help in the background of that one 911 phone call…it just sends shivers down my spine!

That kid should have NEVER been stalked, hunted down, cornered & killed.

    NEVER!!!

a shame to the United States of America to bow down to Sharpton – it’s just like Obama bowing to all third world country leaders

Who gives a hoot that Zimmerman is innocent? It’s now a matter of self preservation! It’s now a choice between the decent law abiding “folks” of America or Zimmerman’s rights and freedom!

America is under attack by Al (I’ll do ANYTHING for publicity) Sharpton’s and Jesse (I’m the icon of morality – just don’t ask my secretary) Jackson who’s mob armies, of true racists and bigots are poised to swarm like destructive locust pillaging properties (not their own of course, just like locust) looting, destroying anything in their path; harming any law abiding citizen who dares to attempt to stop them . . . and ALL . . . .all, in the name of RIGHT and MORALITY!

Hey, face reality . . . unfortunately Zimmerman is to be a sacrificial lamb, offered for slaughter on the alter of the Gods of Politics, public popularity and mass hysteria!

So please be serious! What else is there to do? What? Stand up for Truth, Justice and the American way? Sorry people, Superman is no more and our American leadership is bankrupt of his ideals!

It is incredible to me to see how many people here are so desperately seeking reasons to justify the killing of a 17 year old who had done nothing wrong and had every right to be doing what he was doing and where he was doing it. This is the way of the Torah?

Very interesting fact on the way Holder is affected by Sharpton.

There was an article where Holder praised Sharpton. And promised a full doj investigation.

When we politely asked the man to investigate the facts of Rubashkin case. Where leading legal experts agree there is something wrong with the case, he refused. Are we the wrong color?

Basically Holder and the other Black monsters put a gun to her head and said, prosecute or else. And if he’s acquitted, which he probably will be, given that everyone admits there’s some level of doubt, he can always retry him under the civil rights laws, where it’s easier to get a conviction.

This will scare every White from being near any Black (if they aren’t already). What Holder et al are doing will kill many more people than what the Black Panthers are trying to do.
