Brooklyn, NY – Local Race: Hikind Says Towns Endorsement Of Barron A Slap In The Face For The Jewish Community

Brooklyn, NY – Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D-Brooklyn) is outraged that retiring Congressman Ed Towns is endorsing the infamous Charles Barron. Barron’s resume of race baiting and contemptible anti-White statements should disqualify him as someone worthy of public office, says the Assemblyman.

“Ed Towns has either gone mad or this is a belated April Fools joke in terrible taste,” said Hikind. “Our communities have stood with Ed through thick and thin and now he destroys his legacy by endorsing someone who is as radical as they come? Someone who hates Whites? It’s a shock and an embarrassment. I’ve always considered Ed Towns a friend and now he stabs us in the back.”

Hikind pointed to Barron’s statement that he’d like to slap the nearest white person an example of what Towns is inviting into Congress. “Barron wrote an editorial praising Muammar Gaddafi. He won’t salute the American flag. The list goes on and on. This is the type of person Ed Towns wants as a lawmaker? It’s either a bad joke or its insanity.”

Where are our Democratic office holders. Where is the president, Sen. Schumer, Sen. Gillibrand, etc.. What about the Democratic National Committee Chair, Deborah Wasserman Schultz, who always tells us how proud she is to be a Jew. I guess her pride ends when partisan politics is involved. Why are they not denouncing Barron. You can be sure that if the Republicans ran a candidate like that in their primary, they would be denouncing the Republican Party for not denouncing the candidate.

Democrats are always better. There is no such thing as an Anti-Semitic Democrat. All Democrats work for social justice. Democrats are first in supporting religious rights for Moslems, Jews, and all religions and are first in supporting Jewish issues such as Gay rights and abortions.

To support a fool like Charles Barron, Towns must really despise Jeffries. The endoresement can’t be in Barron’s merits.

This should be the beginning of the end of Frum Yidden blindly supporting Democratic politicians.
