In a story first reported by The Star-Ledger of Newark, Solomon Dwek claims he was tipped off early to foreclosure sales by former Monmouth County Sheriff Joseph Oxley.

Oxley was nominated last month by Christie to be a state Superior Court judge.

A message left for Oxley was not immediately returned.

The documents are part of a case against a defendant who had all charges dismissed.

Dwek also claims he got political favors from state Sen. Joseph Kyrillos, the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate.

A message left for Kyrillos was not immediately returned.

To whom can the moisdos return the money? Giving it back to Dwek is worse than keeping it.

To #3: I was recently in Jersey Shore University Hospital and there was a nice plauqe mentioning dwek’s donation of 250,000.00- 499,000.00. Shouldn’t they also return the money to its rightful owner’s?
