An order issued Tuesday by assistant state attorney John Guy charged Shellie Zimmerman for knowingly making false statements during the April hearing. George Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the shooting. He was granted $150,000 bond at that hearing and released.

The judge revoked that bond earlier this month after state attorneys argued that both Zimmerman and his wife had lied to the judge about their finances, especially about money raised from a website.

George Zimmerman is back in jail. Shellie Zimmerman was arrested and is also in jail custody.

C’mon, this is persecution! Keeping the wife in jail over perjury is ridiculous, when there are dozens of politicians who are guilty of it and never get a slap on the wrist!

Why just give them the electric chair, I think Al Sharpton will then be happy…

This smells like an overactive and selective persecution. Shades of Conrad Black, Shalom Rubashkin…

These types of stories give the US Judicial system an ugly black eye in the Western, CIVILIZED world.

Guys,Please sit down and Relax for a Minute while considering them. Just Imagine (Chas Vshulem)any of us to go through such difficult…dramatic…scary…threatening…. Weeks this couple went through..Recall those wild protesting weeks or the Million$ bond put out for the Head of Mr. Zimmerman…We would ALL be confused and do something wrong or even say a lie, I Would even go this far to say we should all FEEL for this Poor young Couple…We cannot buy in to this Bad and unreliable,False,Media coverage Mr.Zimmerman received..NO 1 Between our circle should ever has to go through such stuff. We have time to cry out his guilt ONLY AFTER he has been found GUILTY by an Appointed Judy team.

Its wonderful seeing this guy and his family suffer. It won’t bring back Trayvon Martin but it will show that their disgust behavior won’t be tolerated. The wife sounds as bad as the husband.

I honestly feel bad for them. From the beginning this story has been overreacted. Its disgraceful. Hope it all works out for them.

When you spend time on this site you hear people complaining about how the “left” and the “mainstream media” affecting this case. Whether it is claims that they are crying “racism” or the fake stories about Trayvon having a criminal record, and tattoos or gang clothing or gold teeth, etc.

The reality is that there a handful of race-baiters on the left (Sharpton, Schultz, etc.) who are stirring the racial pot, but the right is doing the exact same thing. Hannity and other entertainers goes on and on about how he will be convicted because of racial nonsense. The reality is that these radio/TV entertainers are ALL race-baiters. It’s how they feed their idiot audiences.

This case is about one thing: The definition of “act of aggression”. Anyone who says it is about anything else, or that we here in FL think it is about anything else, is an idiot.

If “stalking” is an “act of aggression” (as it is currently defined under FL state law), then it was MARTIN who was defending himself. If it is NOT an “act of aggression”, then Zimmerman may be not-guilty.

That is it. The racists like Sharpton, Schultz, Jackson, Beck and Hannity can drop dead. The world would be better off!

Regardless of Mr. Zimmerman’s situation, the wife lied. They had been receiving “donations” and hiding the money in her sister’s name. It was over $100,000. They lied under oath. Perjury is a CRIME. I feel no sympathy for her. She is clearly an opportunistic, money-hungry person who thought that she could hide a 6-figure sum from the court.

Like they say, the coverup is sometimes worse than the crime.

Why is it so hard for people to just tell the TRUTH and be HONEST.

We have laws in Florida and we enforce them. You lie in court? You go to jail. It’s that simple. We are a pretty Conservative state when it comes to law enforcement. If you like the “liberal” nonsense of New York…. STAY THERE.

To #20 -Sherry the Noahide- There is no definitive proof that the cries or screams for help on the 911 tape, were coming from the deceased, Trayvon Martin. In fact, the FBI cannot positively state whose voice that is. Secondly, why do you refer to people who made a legal donation as “suckers”, or that “they need a reality check”, or are “unreal”. You don’t personally know a single person who made a donation to Zimmerman, yet you are all painting them with the same brush. Although you didn’t actually come and and say it, if one reads between the lines, you are implying that those donors are all racists, rednecks, and vigilante supporters. Also, what proof do you have that their donations went to pay off the credit card bills of the Zimmermans? Were you merely being sarcastic? Kindly clarify your well researched, well documented, and scholarly comments!
