Ukraine’s government has angrily denied allegations that the country is inherently racist. Officials have promised that all fans coming to Euro 2012 matches in Ukraine would be greeted with open arms.

A recent study of racism and xenophobia conducted by the Eurasian Jewish Congress shows the number of hate crimes rose from 37 in 2009 to 48 in 2011.

Human rights activist Yevhen Zakharov said Wednesday the rise can be attributed in part to the severe economic crisis in Ukraine.

Trash societies seem to produce trash huh? Good that after the rights and justice of the post world war 2 era have been experienced and learned, we are right back to our old ways. No Ukranians died at the hands of oppression and hatred from Hitler (ym’s) did they. The Ukranians and probably alot of other europeans today are so endowed with peace and prosperity and world goes right for their world too. Well, enjoy.

Probably Mark Levin likes them. There history lists Chmielnetzki, Petliura and a number of SS DEinsatzgruppen divisions during WWII and their murder in Treblinka, Sobibor and Majdanek and they believe in “Christ son of G’d”

Good thing the thousands of Jews flock to the Ukraine every year to visit Reb Nachman. Let’s help support the Ukranian economy.

Like Yaakov Avinu told Eisav, we shall meet again one day. I probably will head to Germany first, but I’m definitely going to spend some quality time with these vicious shkotzim.

He contributes that recially motivated attacks on the bad economy.

We recall very well how those Ukrainians would make a progrom on the poor jews anytime they had a bad day, good thing most jews left this farshtinkana country to drown in their own 3rd world mud. To bad they no longer have the jewish punching bag.

Gee, for 2 “doctors” to have the time to argue over trivial spelling errors and go off track so easily….I wonder what type of doctors you are?

In physiology there is a field called epigenetics which teaches that exogenic matters influence the once thought immutable gene. Ukraine has a history Chmielnetzki, Petliura and the SS murderers during WWII . To expect anything different from the Ukrainians is lunacy

Reading the comments I find it laughable since you are dicussing irrelevant minutiae completely detached from the issue. The issue is Ukrainian antisemitism which it seems is a novelty to you despite of involving in “getting a bed pan”.

Haha, I knew Yaakov and I can agree on some things. I don’t expect laymen to be able to relate to the intense nature of our field, but we can expect them to be non-judgemental nonetheless. Marcia, don’t you need an outlet every now and then from your respective profession? Well, this is mine. You don’t need to participate in it, but I guess you couldn’t resist.

Its time to urge all Jews living in Ukraine to emigrate. Ukranian soil is soaked with spilled jewish blood, why dont they understand that there is no future ( only the past) in that accursed country.

    Marcia,
No offense, but I find your issues and triviality to be quite petty. I am someone who wants to extol virtue and exact harmony and if that is the way that the online discussion goes, so be it. I am not a practicing physician right now so if I can use Vos Iz Neias to learn about my jewish life, Israel and other interests, it serves me well and perhaps I can be available as a Jew who has studied Torah to comment and bring orthodox views to our forefront discussion. Perhaps your idea of a perfect discussion involves all the carrots and cake, but this conversation was in another dimension that regarded Torah as not being quite relevant and I felt that the issue of things like spelling was indeed a special and important topic, especially for a professional who is criticizing my own syntax which to the best of my knowledge looks very concise and readable for anyone.

Ukraine and all of Europe is headed in a horrible direction. There is little appreciation for the past. Ignorance reigns supreme and hatred is around the corner. Education must be pretty dull and there must not be much sophisticated jobs in the market place I am guessing.
