Pelosi didn’t say how she thought individual justices would vote in her appearance Friday on “CBS This Morning.”

But the California Democrat said her party is “prepared for any eventuality,” including the possibility the high court may overturn some or all of the law that critics have labeled “Obamacare.”

Pelosi said “we’re ironclad on the constitutionality” and the public already is taking advantage of some features, including allowing young people up to age 26 to be covered on their parents’ policies and prohibiting discrimination against the young based on pre-existing conditions.

The high court is expected to rule in the case in the next two weeks.

She wanted Congress to pass the bill so “we can find out what’s in it after” it is the law. A real liberal Democrat ideologue. Wouldn’t trust her with a dime. Wants to steal blind everyone with a bit of money so she can finance her politics.

I agree with Ms. Pelosi. I think the Court will affirm the constitutionality of the law. I don’t like Pelosi and I think she is an example of some things that are wrong with our political system, but she’s right on this one.

Pelosi is a very effective and rational person. Give her credit.

I am concerned with the privacy of the new system that the government will have all of our records.

As far as the cost, we spend a ton of money on less important things than health care so if it improves the health care system then I’m all for it. If it turns out that it make health care worse, then we should repeal it.

It will pass because the health insurance industry needs it and of course it would save money and help those uninsured. However the uninsured and those in need of health care are secondary the profits of the health industry comes first so these fine conservative deficit conscious judges just as they declared corporations with foreign headquarters “persons” they will pass the Obamacare. Hypcrisy is on the rise again.
