Police have been searching for 49-year-old Dr. Timothy Jorden since Wednesday morning, when 33-year-old Jacqueline Wisniewski was found shot to death in a stairwell at the Erie County Medical Center.

Jorden is a former special forces soldier.

The body was found Friday not far from Jorden’s suburban home near Lake Erie.

Dennis Richards, Buffalo Police Department chief of detectives, says the man apparently died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. An autopsy is being conducted.

I can guarantee that the US spent a lot of money on his education. Many otherwise real proud MDs either fail to realize or forget that all medical schools as well as teaching hospitals get direct funding per student. This is apart from loans he may be leaving behind.
The Government should seize the money spent on educating him to reach this advanced civilized lifestyle he achieved.

Before you seize his money, maybe you should check how many lives he saved as a trauma surgeon for approximately 25 years. How stupid and reactionary

    You people are absolute idiots.

There are two people dead here, and all you can jabber about is your ridiculous idea of whether his money should be given to the government, which is hot your decision, and not going to happen anyway.

You are heartless, soulless sad little people who don’t even understand this article enough enough to comment on it directly, instead of squabbling among yourselves about some stupid, self-invented theory of whether he was a good doctor, saved lives, or had a good rating.

What does ANY of that have to do with this murder-suicide?

Every single person who goes to public school gets funding. Every jew in boro park or williamsburg (or anywhere else) collecting government funding gets funding. It is peculiar that “take his money” came up with this particular idea. It is so bizarre that it speaks to an underlying jealousy concerning the doctor’s income, very unflattering. Perhaps he should spend less time being concerned about other people’s money, and more time thinking about the tragedy.
