Members of almost 300 groups on Sunday quietly strolled down Manhattan from Harlem to Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s blocked off town house on the Upper East Side where they shouted “no justice, no peace” as they passed by.

Critics say the NYPD’s practice of stopping, questioning and searching people deemed suspicious is illegal and humiliating to thousands of law-abiding blacks and Hispanics. The NYPD last year stopped more than 630,000 people, mostly black and Hispanic men.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly defend the policy, saying the stop-and-frisk program keeps guns off New York streets and helps reduce crime.

The stop and frisk policy only worsens police community relations. Secondly, there is no statistical proof that this policy has saved any lives. This policy is tantamount to the TSA frisking and inconveniencing people.

This is an black anarchist movement posing as something else. Sharpton has long desired to chase White people out of New York and he is merely siezing on this issue as an opportunity to do just that. If this policy is reversed, murders will climb so high in New York that all the decent people will leave. That is what racists like Sharpton want. If you look at Sharpton you can see that he has grown extremely ugly over the years. It is because his core is hate.

#4 is obviously ‘anonymous’ for good reason. He likes to say contrarian things which have no basis in fact just to cause rifts. He is probably an anarchist and a moron as well.

To #6 - Vitriol- I agree with #4 . Even the N.Y.C.P.D. does not have any published statistics, which can definitively state that its stop and frisk policy has contributed one iota, to a drop in violent crime. All the stop and frisk policy has accomplished, is further tension between the police and the community. I guarantee you that if the cops were constantly stopping and frisking Yidden, that the policy would end tomorrow.
