Smart judgment.

The truth is that the September 11 hijackers did NOT have any weapons the were smuggled on board. They had fake gadgets intended to make one think they’re armed.

Now we have to go and sue their homeland country that exported such garbage to the US. Oh wait! We’re actually paying them to be our friend.

A fine and just world we live in these days.

Your facts are in error; the terrorist hijackers brought box cutters on board, and cut the throats of the pilots, flight attendants, and anyone else, who tried to resist.
I regret that the families were bought off by the prior settlements. I was hoping that the families would have sued the airlines for negligence. Whereas this particular judge may have ruled in favor of the airlines, other judges and juries, may have not been as sympathetic. Essentially, Congress bailed the negligent airlines out of their predicament.

Since all the witnesses are dead, how would know what weapons the hijackers had? There are so many urban legends about September 11th.

To #3-The answer to your factually incorrect statement, is very simple. Before the hijacked passengers were killed, as a result of their aircraft crashing, they telephoned loved ones at home with their cell phones, and described the weapons which the hijackers had used on other the initial victims. Their messages were mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report. Kindly feel free to read that voluminous report.
