South Fallsburg, NY – Three men were arrested and charged with breaking into the former Pines Hotel after a K9 named Chase alerted his handler, Sgt. Christopher Pratti, to the burglary.

Robert Potter, 27; Alan Macnary, 43; and his 17-year-old son, Alan Macnary Jr., were all charged with possession of burglar tools, a misdemeanor.
All three men are from the Kingston area.
The men were arraigned and are currently in Sullivan County jail being held without bail. [Record]
